Hysbysiad Broadcasting Company is a British media and telecommunications company owned by TresMediaUK Limited and headquartered in Taunton, England. It has operations in the United Kingdom, European Union, Turkey, United States, Canada and Brazil as well as a second office in Singapore.

HBC is haxball's largest media company and broadcaster by viewership, revenue and subscriber credibility. The company is primarily involved in haxball regional television producing, recently going into further fields for News Coverage as well as Music production.

Initially formed in 2013 by the trio of Mateo, Mikk and Camillo as TVP Haxball and later Haxball+, HBC became Europe's largest provider for haxball content.

January

Transition from 4 single channels into digital events.

May

Launch of HBC News and HBC Music divisions, record number of viewers obtained and beating all records since inception for analytics.

July

Official change of full brand name from Haxball Broadcasting Corporation to Hysbysiad Broadcasting Company.

May

Rumours start to spread of a new TV network as Mikk's contract with RSHL TV comes to a close in August.

June

Pre-launch testing of the new HBC Network platform begins.

August

HBC Network is officially announced at the press conference in Cardiff, Wales, UK.

September

The main channel launches on September 1st. Many broadcasting rights are still up in negotiations.

January

RSHL TV hosts first international Pay-Per-View event, RSHL vs WAH.

July

Haxball Network shuts down operations on July 17th. The owner said, "I have been burned out and need to take a break" a day after the closure.

September

RSHL Television launches as a Real Soccer coverage network for Polish as well as international events.

January

Mikk Media Group begins beta testing of new broadcasting software and preparation of on-screen graphics.

February

A low expectations return to Real Soccer Haxball League is visible and parts of the Real Soccer Nations Cup are broadcasted via an RSHL TV and Mikk Media Group partnership.

June

The rebranded channel launches as Haxball Network on June 7th with the Quarterfinal of 3v3 Champions League.

June

First plans are written up to re-launch the network again in 2016. Regional survey is carried out.

December

Mikk Media Group aquires a new office in Taunton, UK to host the new network's operations from.

January

The 5th season of Haxball Champions League final was broadcasted and crashed the record of around 900 people at a single time LIVE. Haxball+ becomes globally recognized and additional broadcast right holders begin to flood in. Meanwhile in Your-eSports there is a broadcasting crisis, which brings forward a merger of YES TV with Haxball+. On January 26th, Feed Me calls upon Haxball+ for help with a Division 2 broadcast. At the end of the month, the first ever pay-per-view event takes place on the channel with a duration of 6 hours.

February

A secret partnership with the Real Soccer Haxball League begins presence on the air, with an episode of Milionerzy being televised.

March

ZaqHax becomes a full-time fixture on the Haxball+ platform with every matchday broadcasted on Thursday and Sunday.

June

Real Soccer Haxball League officially debuts with the Cup Final match on June 22nd.

July

Haxball+ launches a 24/7 network with live content and replays of matches on July 1st.

August

The network abruptly shuts down on August 29th by Vice-Presidents Mateusz Stanczyk and Marek Kawowski after logistics trouble caused due to the absense of the Owner.

September

TVP Haxball is created by Mateo and Mikk, Camillo is brought on board as one of the Vice Presidents. Marketing campaign launches and broadcasting rights are acquired to multiple leagues in haxball's Polish territory.

October

TVP Haxball begins broadcasting on October 1st, 2013 (19:30 GMT) with the first ever BallHax Champions League match live on air.

November

The network is renamed to Haxball+ following the departure of Mateo from the Chief Executive position. Hero is brought on to the management team. The network also aquires rights to Poland's largest community ZaqHax and broadcasts an over the top Multi match simulcast event to end the 3rd season of the league.

December

Haxball+ aquires broadcasting rights to the 5th season of Haxball Champions League 4v4 which at the time was under the management of Polish personality, Benik Afobe. It also receives a green light to broadcast selected games of the U-21 Nations Cup.
